Admins handling the migration

1. Autodesk Subscription Admin

The migration of your ShotGrid subscription volition need to be handled by a ShotGrid site Ambassador or have Access Admin Functionality enabled on their permission role.

Admins linking the site to your subscription

Linking the site to a valid ShotGrid subscription tin can only exist performed by a Primary or Secondary Administrator on the Account Portal.

Note:

This Administrator does not demand to be an active user on the ShotGrid site being linked to your subscription.

Every site has an allow-list of emails that can link the site to your subscription for security purposes. Monthly Subscription

Activating a Subscription past Linking Sites

Troubleshooting
